Amazon Transcribe

Amazon Transcribe is an automatic speech recognition (ASR) service that makes it easy for developers to add speech-to-text capability to their applications. Using the Amazon Transcribe API, you can analyze audio files stored in Amazon S3 and have the service return a text file of the transcribed speech.

Cloud CMS provides an out-of-the-box integration with Amazon Transcribe.

Using the f:aws-transcribe feature, you submit either a binary payload or a URL to a binary payload. This payload contains the source audio. The Amazon Transcribe service converts this audio to text and hands it back. Cloud CMS stores the result on a property on your content.

With this feature in place, text transcriptions of your audio-bearing content will automatically be created and attached to your content as your editorial team makes changes to the content during the course of daily activity.
