If I start a subscription mid-month will I be charged a full month?
No. The billing is pro-rata for the month. E.g., if you start half-way through the month you pay for the remainder of the month and then the full billing cycle starts on the 1st of the next month
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
We will be sorry to see you go!
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up subscription period, your
cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
What if I go over my storage or API plan limits?
Our initial step is to let you know your usage is getting close to the plan limits - and then agree how to address the overage if it occurs.
Can we start with SaaS and move to On-Premise later?
You can migrate your Cloud CMS between SaaS and On-premise. Please call to discuss your plans and how we can help

You can sign up and start working instantly with your Cloud CMS trial without entering your credit card details, and enter them only when upgrading your plan.
